폐사는 미국에 본사를 두고 있는 다국적기업인 Becton Dickinson Company(BD) Group의 한국 법인으로, 이번에 BD Biosciences/Technical support team의 Service Engineer 업무를 담당할 직원을 모집하고 있습니다. 아래의 모집요강을 참고하시고, 관심 있으신 분들의 많은 지원 부탁 드립니다

 

 

  • Job Description

Service engineer is responsible for supporting customers for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection), and repair of BD Biosciences instruments. Additionally, he/she shall tweak consulting skills and improve customer satisfaction by proactively advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.

 

•    Responsibilities

1. Evolve local strategies to ensure a financial performance.

-Develop PMI contracts for all field units.

-Maintain current account of service contract.

-Reproduce defective PCB and spare parts.

2. Install of BD instruments at customer site.

3. PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection) of BD Instruments at customer site.

4. Repair or troubleshoot of BD Instruments at customer site.

5. Conduct market intelligence activities and provide feedback to Sr. Service Manager.

6. Routinely visit and maintain a good relationship with key customers.

7. Cooperate closely with relevant divisions.

8. Process an emergence call accurately and quickly.

9. Submit all require reports on time.

10. Other work related duties/projects assigned by manager/leader.

 

  • Job Requirements

Qualification requirements

  • 신입-경력자 (2-3년max)_Biosciences (max 4년차) 전자, 전기공학, 의용공학(의공학과), 컴퓨터공학(상관없음)
  • Customer interface and focused
  • Strong commitment and responsibility
  • English –communication level
